Stay away from the
crippled

1 - Muhammad bin Ya'qub from Ahmad bin Abdallah from Ahmad bin Abi Abdallah from Ahmad bin Abi Abdallah from more than one from his companions from Ali bin Asbat from Hussein Ibn Kharija, from Maysar bin Abd al-Aziz who said: Abu Abdallah (a.s.) said: You must not deal with the crippled; they are most unjust things. 2 - From more than one of our companions from Ahmad bin Muhammad in a marfu' manner who said: Abu Abdallah (a.s.) said: Beware of dealing with the crippled; they are most unjust things. al-Saduq also narrated this in a Mursal manner. And he narrated in (al-Ilal) from Muhammad bin al-Hassan from Muhammad bin Yahya, from Muhammad bin Ahmad bin Yahya from Ahmad bin Muhammad like that. 3 - From them, from Ahmad bin Khalid, from a number of our companions from Ali bin Asbat from Hussein Ibn Kharija, from Maysar bin Abd al-Aziz who said: Abu Abdallah (a.s.) said: You must not deal with the crippled; they are most unjust things. [Wasail al-Shia, Volume 17, Page 415] 22 - باب كراهة معاملة ذوي العاهات (22876) 1 - محمد بن يعقوب، عن أحمد بن عبد الله، عن أحمد بن أبي عبد الله، عن غير واحد من أصحابه، عن علي بن أسباط، عن حسين ابن خارجة، عن ميسر بن عبد العزيز قال: قال أبو عبد الله عليه السلام: لا تعامل ذا عاهة فإنهم أظلم شئ. (22877) 2 - وعن عدة من أصحابنا، عن أحمد بن محمد رفعه قال: قال أبو عبد الله عليه السلام: احذروا معاملة ذوي العاهات فإنهم أظلم شئ. ورواه الصدوق مرسلا (1). ورواه في (العلل) عن محمد بن الحسن، عن محمد بن يحيى، عن محمد بن أحمد بن يحيى، عن أحمد بن محمد مثله (2). (22878) 3 - وعنهم، عن أحمد بن محمد بن خالد، عن عدة من أصحابنا، عن علي بن أسباط، عن حسين بن خارجة، عن ميسر بن عبد العزيز قال: قال لي أبو عبد الله عليه السلام: لا تعاملوا ذا عاهة فإنهم أظلم شئ.  Commentary: Allamah al-Hilli: It is disliked to deal with the crippled, al-Sadiq (a.s.) said: "You must not deal with the crippled; they are most unjust things." [Tadhkirat al-Fuqaha, Volume 12, Page 178] وتكره معاملة ذوي العاهات. قال الصادق (عليه السلام): " لا تعامل ذا عاهة فإنهم أظلم شيء " (2).  |
